Price it, sell it and cut it from one list

The cabinets you list become the customer’s price, the estimate and the cut list for the saw, all from your own prices. No spreadsheet in between.

Your price book runs every job

  • Your prices, not averages

Every cabinet is priced from your sheet goods, edge banding, hardware, labor and installation. No dollars per linear foot.

  • Change the finish, the price follows

Pick another finish for the job and the whole kitchen is priced again from your book, sheets and all.

  • One list for the office and the floor

The price, the estimate and the cut list come from the same cabinets, so what you sold is what gets cut.

List a kitchen as fast as you can say it

  • Type a cabinet code like SB36 and press Enter, or pick it from the catalog.
  • Say the cabinets out loud, “sink base 36” or “B21”, check what was heard and add them. Works in Chrome, Edge and Safari.
  • Base, wall and tall cabinets, sinks, blind corners, fillers and panels come in the catalog.

Follow every job to the shop floor

  • Draft, estimate sent, approved, in production, completed: each job shows its stage and the next step.
  • Every estimate revision is kept with its PDF, as the client saw it.
  • Once the client accepts, the job’s money is locked, so nobody changes the price by accident.

Run the shop as a team

  • Everyone signs in with their own login: admin, manager or estimator.
  • Costs and margin are for admins only. Estimators see their own projects.
  • A journal shows who changed what, and what it was before.

FAQ

Do I have to change how I price?

No. Cabinest prices from your own sheet goods, edge banding, hardware, labor and installation. You choose a shop rate by cabinet level or a flat price per cabinet, and set your markup. A new shop starts from a starter price book, and you put in your own prices as you go.

Can I bring in my supplier price lists?

Yes. Upload the file, a PDF or a photo, and Cabinest reads it into lines. Nothing is saved until you check and accept them, and every change to your price book is kept in price history.

Who sees my prices?

Only people in your shop, with the rights you give them. Each shop’s data is kept apart, and your supplier prices are never shown to another shop.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Cabinest runs in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Saying the cabinets out loud works in Chrome, Edge and Safari.

What saw is the cut list for?

Pick your machine, a table saw or a CNC router, with its kerf and edge trim, and the sheets are laid out for it. Print the cut list or take the PDF to the saw.

Who builds Cabinest?

A small team, together with a kitchen measurer from a working cabinet shop. The prices and the cut are checked against that shop’s real jobs.
